Although I was fortunate to receive a great university education in business and marketing, As a licensed and active real estate agent, I often felt like I was navigating real estate alone. Even though I attended my C.E. classes, studied contracts, and learned through experience— many of the challenges I faced as an agent were not covered in the classrooms. I found myself learning through mistakes that could have been prevented with timely guidance, meaningful and the proper support from the Managing Broker.
That experience changed the way I viewed leadership. I realized I could be the kind of broker I had always hoped to have-- one who is present, approachable, invested, and committed to helping agents grow with confidence.
This is why BGH (Beautiful Georgia Homes) was created.
